Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our website or engaging Alynto to manage digital marketing, local SEO optimization, Zoho CRM setups, custom Next.js web designs, or commercial photography campaigns, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. If you disagree with any segment of these terms, you must cease website usage and service negotiations immediately.

2. Professional Services Provided

Alynto provides a suite of search engine optimization, marketing, development, and commercial visual services:

• Local SEO and Rankings: Comprehensive keyword analysis, schema markup installation, landing page optimization, and directory link building.
• Custom Web Design: Custom design layout creation, brand content styling, next-gen development (Next.js & Tailwind), and analytics set up.
• CRM Setup (Zoho & Hubspot): Mapping lead routing structures, custom field creations, sales workflows, and automated email sequences.
• PPC Campaign Management: Ad copy testing, search bidding management, conversion tracking scripts, and ROI auditing.
• Brand Photography & Videography: FAA Part 107 drone shoots, product visuals, team headshots, and site photography.

3. Intellectual Property & Database Rights

Upon receipt of full contract payment, ownership rights transfer as follows:

• Web design assets: The custom code and graphics developed specifically for your domain become your intellectual property.
• Content assets: Copywriting, photography files, and drone footage are owned by the client for use in any promotional formats.
• Customer Leads & Databases: Any leads captured via lead forms, synchronized to your Zoho account, or stored in local databases belong strictly to you. Alynto holds no claims, licensing permissions, or distribution rights to this information, ensuring it is never sold or traded.

4. Payment Terms & Milestone Invoicing

All fees, recurring retainers, and milestone payouts are defined in the specific client contract agreement.

• Retainers: Monthly local SEO, website maintenance, and Google Ads management fees are invoiced in advance and are due on the first day of the service billing cycle.
• Project milestones: Custom web designs and CRM database integrations require an initial deposit, with remainder payments due upon completing defined review milestones.
• Late fees: Overdue invoices are subject to standard late interest charges as permitted by Tennessee business regulations.

5. Service Performance Disclaimer

While we implement the absolute highest standards in local SEO optimization, search keyword density, and PPC bids, search engine algorithms change constantly. Alynto makes no guarantees of exact ranking numbers or conversion increases. Our services are provided "as-is" and "as-available," focused on driving measurable performance metrics.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must supply standard business details, brand assets, and domain or CRM login credentials promptly to avoid delays in design or sync workflows. You represent that all files, images, and text supplied to Alynto do not infringe on any third-party copyrights or licenses.

7. Governing Law

These terms, along with all active business campaigns and client contracts, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the **State of Tennessee**. Any disputes arising under these terms will be settled in courts located in **Hamilton County, Tennessee**.
